Head of Human Resources

Position Overview

Hot Beans Web is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The Head of HR will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee development and engagement.
Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive continuous improvement.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
